The group is asking the federal judge to permanently band the state from enforcing the particular law as it seems unconstitutional. The defendant Lawrence Wasden is the defendant Attorney General in Idaho County, where the Planned Parenthood has three centers operating, and a state Board of Medicine. The spokesman of Wasden said it is not the state’s policy to comment on a pending litigation. If telemedicine is not criminalized for giving out Mifepristone pill, then many women would have a better control over their reproductive health. Also, the healthcares divide between rural and city areas will diminish greatly.
