When the biological body sends signals of a possible sickness; does the body understand that with modern societies' health systems money determines medical care, and or cures. In the dark ages during the gradual development of the sewer system in England; a sickness began to spread throughout the territory. Many doctors investigated, but no origin was found; until they noticed a well that many British people drank water from contaminated sewer water within it. So, it seems that the health of a nation, territory, or country is as good as its health systems' infrastructure. According to historical records the first known modern hospital was built around 805 AD in Baghdad. An increase of hospital operations has been on the rise in the last three years as 2023 has rose to a whopping $209.4 million, says Definitive Healthcare Inc. At a meeting by an administrator for the Macon Medical Center of Central Georgia in 2006; it was said that it cost the hospital one million dollars a month to operate the hospital efficiently. The Obama 2010 established healthcare marketplace program known to many as ObamaCare has many Americans on edge. An American citizen living in the southwestern city of Mesa Arizona claimed as a business owner he has to pay over $700 for a healthcare family plan contracted by the healthcare marketplace program. He proclaimed that ObamaCare has made his health care expenses worse. The operation costs have caused major changes in the medical system. In the city of Oak Ridge, Tennessee the local hospital has decided to accept doctors as independent contractors in order to offset expenses. Is paying a medical bill like paying a year's worth of residential rent, and or mortgage? Some currently are saying yes! As of 2023, a current medical bill for a resident of the United States is $7,221 says the HealthCare Dive Company. Is this a global issue well the United Kingdom.

The Office for National Statistics reported in 2021 that their overall spending on healthcare for each resident totaled £280.7 billion. A resident of Cincinnati, Ohio was sitting in a waiting room of Children's Hospital in shock! Why? He was suffering because his 3 year old son died from an automobile accident. Although he died on the scene; doctors decided to place him on a respirator. The medical bill was $40,000. Healthcare may be on the top list of first priorities in every society, but the United States Senator Bernie Sanders has stated many times that Universal Healthcare is number one priority on his list. In his own words "It is totally dysfunctional, and it is extremely cruel!" But would the price tag for such a plan cost $32.6 trillion to $38.8 trillion over 10 years like researchers have stated? There has been reported by many off camera sources that federal, and state medical programs are being scammed. Some media outlets have said the price has skyrocketed over $100 billion. It has been said by previous scammers that they took elderly data, registered as a healthcare company, and started charging the Medicare, and or Medicaid programs for services not received by any program beneficiary. The United States presidential 2024 agenda is to have in operation 11 enhanced healthcare improvements for the Medicare, and Medicaid programs. For example, there is a plan to reduce hunger, diet related disease that becomes chronic overtime, and improve food safety. There are many healthcare systems around the world that have universal healthcare or free healthcare. The country of Egypt is one of them, but college students of the American University of Cairo have said there are long waits for demanding healthcare services. It was also said not all hospitals have high quality service standards. As major British cities in Europe declare bankruptcy; are cities in the United States going to follow as the national debt rises over 33 trillion dollars? So will universal healthcare really solve the medical systems' issues in the United States?
