Stars from the new national TV Pilot GHOST GIRLS to be honored at Pioneer Cemetery on Memorial Day

The Ghost Girls will be honored with a inscribed ‘Brick’ at the Pioneer Cemetery in Sylmar, California during the Pioneer Cemetery Memorial Day event on May 28th. They are being recognized for bringing attention to the ‘Pioneer Cemetery’ which is one of the oldest cemeteries in Los Angeles and of great historical significance. The GHOST GIRLS (Janet Spitzer, Crystle Lightning and Tawnya Holland) are TV’s hottest clairvoyant trio, starring in their own TV Pilot in 2012 by Biograph Studios. These ecclectic beauties all have special spiritual gifts. Their favorite pastime is to commune with their spirit friends at their enclave, or any nice, dark cemetery. But they also conduct séances, visit haunted places, explore psychic phenomenon, vampires, werewolves, quantum physics, scientific proof of the after-life, tribal spiritualism, and the mysteries of the universe. The ‘Girls’ are also very civic minded, especially when it comes to helping others. ‘Ghost Girl’ Janet Spitzer states “When we did our first séance at Pioneer Cemetery, we were told this lovely place was in need of help. Especially with the economy the way it is. Even though volunteers did their best, tombstones were vandalized, stolen, and it had fallen into disrepair. So, it was “Ghost Girls” to the rescue, and we are proud to have brought press attention to one of our favorite historical cemeteries.” Frank Marks, the show’s ‘Spiritual’ Producer/Advisor states that the cemetery is inhabited with good spirits, and that they are very happy that improvements are being done. Sounds off the wall, but these ‘Spirits’ were actually caught on camera and on audio for the girls’ TV show during the séance. Janet continues “ ‘Emily’ was the first spirit to contact me when we were here. We did not know who she was until cemetery curator Jacky Walker showed us her tombstone that had been return after it was stolen several years ago. Her full name was Emily Prouty .” Janet concludes “The most wonderful way to celebrate ‘Memorial Day’ is at the cemetery. After all, Memorial day is a day to remember our loved ones who fought for our freedom and have passed on to the spirit world, not just a day for picnics and barbeques.” The ‘GHOST GIRLS” TV Pilot is scheduled for completion by summer 2012.
