Benjamin Ambrosio has forged a successful career as a police officer with the New York City Police Department because he has an unwavering commitment to doing anything he can to further his professional abilities, making himself a more valued asset to the force. Not only has he attained certification in a number of key fields, such as counterterrorism and his COBRA/CNRB certification, but he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice. To gain these qualifications he needed to be an exceptional student who demonstrated the following key qualities during his studies.

Enthusiasm for the subjects he studies served to drive Ambrosio to work harder. He has a deep interest in the criminal justice system and the subject of politics, which means he is always curious to learn more. Never one to rest on his laurels, he would do everything he could to make the most out of his lessons and studied extensively in his own time to ensure he was equipped with the tools needed to earn his qualifications.

Ambrosio was also required to work as part of teams at numerous points during his studies, which required communication skills and the leadership qualities that he uses in his current work as a police officer. As a leader who is capable of identifying the main skills that each member of the teams he works in brings to the table, which ensures that each member of the team is assigned tasks that play to their strengths and make them as productive as possible.

Furthermore, Benjamin Ambrosio demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills during his studies, which have again proved useful in his career as a police officer. While in college he was responsible for arranging his ow time so that he would be able to study his subjects. While this was a challenge when he was studying for his Bachelor of Arts, it became even more difficult as he studied for his Master of Arts while also working in the New York City Police Department. He succeeded in his efforts and is now able to bring deeper knowledge to his work as a police officer.
