Ayoka’s president talks about the upcoming Game Developers Conference and the role the company will play.

Arlington, TX, Feb. 20, 2017 – When the Game Developers Conference 2017 takes over San Francisco’s Moscone Center later this month, Ayoka Enterprise Software Development will be there. This custom software developer from Texas won’t be there to unveil a new video game design though. Instead, Ayoka is pleased to announce its programming will be used to help drive the behind-the-scenes action.

“We are tremendously honored to be a part of this convergence of some of the best and brightest video game developers in the industry,” says Eknauth Persaud, president of Ayoka. “One of our clients asked us to create programming to help manage the inventory, shipping, setup and teardown for all event technology, equipment and labor for the conference. Our developers, in turn, are thrilled to address the unique logistical challenges the request presented.”

The annual Game Developers Conference brings together more than 27,000 people from the video game industry all in one place. With some of the world’s biggest names in the industry in attendance, including artists, programmers, game designers and more, the event is considered the premier conference for professionals in the video game industry.

“Our experience in creating custom software for a diversity of industries made us a great fit for addressing the distinct issues the conference presented with,” says Persaud. “Our custom software designers in Arlington, Texas are highly adept in creating programming that optimizes inventory control, shipping, labor management and other related concerns. The sheer size and scope of the conference made this project tremendously challenging, but very enjoyable and rewarding task for our team to tackle.”

The Game Developers Conference 2017 takes place Feb. 27 through March 3. The conference includes more than 600 separate lectures, panels, round-table discussions and tutorials meant to provide game developers a place to garner new ideas and exchange information to help shape the future of this distinct industry.
