As the world knows that US President Donald Trump has been accused of assassinating a highly decorated officer General Soleimani. Iran in return has not been quiet and has put a bounty on Donald Trump. This situation seems to become more escalated as Donald Trump addresses General Soleimani as a terrorist who has been associated with many terror attack. There are various countries that are going to get affected by this war (if happens). Here I'd talk about the effects on India and countries like India.
As it is known that India has Good relations with both the sides, The United States and Iran. But the problem comes here as U.S. is more powerful in terms of army, weapons and all other factors it won't be feasible for India to go against the most powerful Country in the world.
But on the other hand India is the largest importer of petroleum from Iran and thus the rates of fuel in India is fairly good and cheap but if the War happens India would be forces to cut any relations with Iran and have to stop the importing from there and thus start importing from other countries at very high rates that would make the cost of fuel very high in India . This would adversely affect the Indian Economy and thus the economy will further go down.
