ASTPP Announced Upcoming Webinar on Help Desk Ticketing

ASTPP, a leading open source VoIP community, announced its upcoming webinar, which will be on the topic of “Support Ticket”. Along with the fundamental information, the webinar will also have a technical walkthrough on the ASTPP Support Tickets.

 
ASTPP, a popular open source VoIP solution’s community, the leader has announced the upcoming webinar to be conducted on 11 Feb at 7 PM IST. The webinar will be on help desk ticketing solution and it will be conducted by one of the team members of ASTPP. The community has been conducting webinars on different topics to benefit the VoIP engineers, VoIP business owners, ITSPs, and technology lovers. The next webinar is on the “Support Tickets” topic, which will address all technology companies and service centers that use or would use help desk ticketing systems in the future.

As per the shared details, one of the community members, namely, Mr. Hemdip Badani will deliver this webinar. He will first share fundamental information related to the help desk ticketing system and the benefits of using it in any VoIP or technical company. He is also going to shed light on the features, which are must-have features in the 21st century in a technical support ticket software solution.

“One of our community members is going to take this session. He is going to cover all the important information at the beginning of the webinar such as what is a support ticketing solution and what are the key advantages of using it. As time changes, the demands and behavior of the customers also change. To meet these customer needs, the software must be upgraded. To benefit the help desk support ticket software users, Hemdip will share the must-have features of this software. The participants can check whether they have all those features or if they need to upgrade their system to get those features”, shared the spokesperson of the community.

As per the shared details, the second part of the webinar will cover the technical walkthrough. The ASTPP enterprise solution has multiple enterprise add-ons. The “Support Tickets” add-on is one of the enterprise add-ons of ASTPP. Hemdip will briefly talk about this add-on and its features. He will then show a complete demo and walkthrough of this product: from installation to configuration.

“The technical part of the webinar will cover a complete training of Support Tickets add-on, which is an enterprise add-on of ASTPP. Though the demo will cover our product, the tips to be shared in the webinar can be used in configuring any modern help desk ticketing solution. Therefore, along with ASTPP users, other participants will also add value to their technical knowledge”, shared the spokesperson of the community.
