New Delhi: The Chief Scout For India Dr. Sandeep Marwah congratulated all the people of Republic of India a very happy and prosperous Deepawali.

May this Diwali, come with a beautiful beginning, fresh hope, bright days and new dreams. Wishing you a Happy Diwali,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah addressing the media persons at Noida Film City.

“Lets take the oath on this auspicious day that On my honor I will do my best, To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight,” added Dr. Marwah.

“We would like to prepare every eligible youth in India to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law,” suggested Dr. Sandeep Marwah.
