After her dramatic divorce with former husband Bill O ' Reilly in 2011, Maureen E. McPhilm settled down in her new life.

Maureen E. McPhilmy is very happy in her new life after the end of her 14 years of conjugal life with journalist and author Bill O ' Reilly. McPhilmy is married to her second husband, Jeffrey Gross.
Gross is a detective of the country police. He was previously married to Kathleen McBride who died of cervical cancer in 2006. With his first wife, he also has two children.
It's not clear since the couple started dating, but it's speculated that their relationship started in 2010 after Maureen's separation from O'Reilly. However, O'Reilly accused him of cheating when they were still married and suited her for $ 10 million.
As per Gawker's online site, The O'Reilly Factor host contacted his New York Police Department connections to investigate the relationship between Maureen and Jeffrey.
O'Reilly even tried to ruin their married life after McPhilmy and Gross tied the knot and tried to ban her from the Catholic Church. His friend revealed:
"Bill is still bitter. ' Bill has a lot of money. He also has a lot of power. He's determined to hurt them in any way he can."

McPhilmy and Gross, together with their four children including McPhilmy's two children with O'Reilly, Madeline O'Reilly, Spencer O'Reilly and Gross ' two children from his previous relationship, are living a private life in their upscale Manhasset on New York's Long Island.

McPhilmy and O'Reilly began dating in 1992. The couple eventually exchanged the vows at St. Brigid Parish in Westbury, New York, on November 2, 1996, after four years.
After two years of marriage, McPhilmy together gave birth to their first child, a daughter, Madeline O'Reilly in 1998. Then in 2003, they welcomed their son, Spencer O'Reilly.
They've been together for 14 years, but separated in 2010. Their divorce was finalized in September 2011 citing infringement and domestic violation. It was revealed during their custody battle for their children that O'Reilly physically abused McPhilmy during their conjugal life.

Their daughter, Madeline, testified that in May 2015 she witnessed in court the domestic violence of her father against mother McPhilmy. She revealed that she witnessed O'Reilly attacking her mother violently and even dragging her down a staircase by her neck.
It's unclear when the incident happened, but it's speculated that it happened before they got a part in 2010. McPhilmy was also speculated several times during their married life as a victim of domestic violence.

The Journalist, however, denied the domestic violence allegation and claimed it is "100% false" with a statement:

“All allegations against me in these circumstances are 100 percent false. I am going to respect the court-mandated confidentiality put in place to protect my children and will not comment any further,”

Later in February 2016, the custody battle was finalized in favor of McPhilmy and declared that their two children would live full time with her.

Maureen E. McPhilmy was born on May 11, 1966 in Chittenango, New York. Her father worked in the market and her mother was a gardener. She currently works as an executive in public relations and a 51-year-old lady.
Bill O'Reilly was previously a TV show host and he met Maureen E. McPhilmy on the show ' A Current Affair ' at his workplace in 1992, then fell in love and married on November 2, 1996.It was Maureen E. McPhilmy who filed the divorce papers in court because she claimed Bill O'Reilly was physically assaulting her and she couldn't take it anymore.

In the most loving way, Maureen E. McPhilmy and Bill O'Reilly spent their first few years of marriage. They were lovers for nearly 5 years before marriage and couldn't get enough of each other. The couple had two adorable children, their daughter Madeline was born after two years of their marriage in 1993, and their son Spencer came to the world a few years later in 2003.

Including their time as lovers, Maureen E. McPhilmy and Bill O'Reilly stayed together for twenty years. When they separated on April 2, 2010, almost all of America was in shock because not everyone knows what's going on inside the famous people's house.

Their divorce confirmed after a year and few month on September 1, 2011.The separation was not easy for the couple, especially for Maureen. She later revealed the real reason behind her tough decision. Bill used to physically abuse her occasionally, according to Maureen, and she was getting tired of his unacceptable behavior.

Bill became so heartless that over a little argument he dragged Maureen down a staircase by the neck. And their daughter Madeline witnessed this horrible act and later publicly accepted that it happened.
Also, Bill was not faithful to their relationship and cheated on her multiple times, says Maureen.
Bill was not a good husband, as well as a good father, according to Maureen. So the couple later fought for their children's custody.

Bill O'Reilly responded by saying that the charges against him are nothing but a bunch of lies and that he would never do such a cruel act of beating a woman. But as I said before, their daughter agreed to witness his assault behavior.
In addition, multiple co-workers who worked at Fox, involving verbal and sexual abuse, charged Bill with several cases of sexual harassment.

Jeffrey Gross is a Nassau County Police Department detective who lost his first wife, Kathleen McBride (41), to cervical cancer in 2006. With his previous wife, Gross had two children.
He posted the following image on Facebook, clicking before the terrorist attacks of 9/11 showing Gross posing with the World Trade Center right behind him.
The caption reads: ' I can't forget what was lost on September 11, 2001. I've lost some of my dear friends. People who had my back and would have died for me. '
Maureen E. McPhilmy started dating Jeffrey Gross right after separating from Bill but before getting the divorce. She found Jeffrey's happiness and decided to marry him.
Maureen and Jeffrey are living at their home in Long Island, worth $ 4 million. Jeffrey and Maureen's children also stay with them.
