Refractory castable are divided into shaped refractory refractories and unshaped refractories. Unshaped refractory usually refers to the castable, which is composed of a variety of aggregate or aggregate and one or more kinds of adhesive and agent. Unshaped castable must be mixed with one or more kinds of liquids, it has strong liquidity and plasticity.

Refractory castable is a refractory material made of granular and powdered, and adding a certain amount of binder and water together. According to the porosity refractory castable was divided into dense refractory castables and porosity of not less than 45% of heat insulation refractory material. According to binding agent refractory castable was divided into hydrsulic bond, chemical combination and coagulating binding.

Refractory castable is mainly used for various heating furnace liner and other overall structure. There have many kinds of refractory products in our factory. Such as refractroy nozzle ,refractoy raw materials, ceramic fiber felt. Some of refractory castable also can used for smelting furnace. For example, aluminate cement refractory castable widely used in all kinds of heating furnace, non-slag and no acid-base erosion of thermal equipment. In the molten steel, iron, slag erosion and high working temperature positions, such as steel tank, molten steel ladle, blast furnace stack, iron runner, etc. It can be used by the low calcium and high pure alumina cement containing with granular and powdered materials of refractory castables. What's more, phosphate bondedcastable refractories are not only widely used for heating furnace and soaking pit furnace but also can used for coke oven and cement kiln. Phosphate bondedcastable refractory also has excellent effect in direct contact with molten slag and molten metal furnace and some parts of the other container.
