Wilson Asset Management founder Geoff Wilson acquires more shares in subsidiary WAM Global Limited. On 7 September 2018 Geoffrey Wilson bought 70,937 more shares on-market in WAM Global for the total consideration of $154,982.88. It has been done through the changes made in indirect interest of Geoff Wilson, who is a beneficiary of the Trust called GW Holdings Pty Limited ATF Edwina Trust.

Chairman Geoff Wilson founded Wilson Asset Management in 1997 after having led many senior investment roles in the UK, Australia and the US. He is the creator of Future Generation Global Investment company and Future Generation Investment company, Australia’s first listed philanthropic wealth creation vehicles.

With the above mentioned change in substantial holding, Geoff Wilson has clutched total of 2,674,418 shares through raising indirect interest in WAM Global Limited.

WAM Global’s share price is currently trading at $2.190, after seeing no daily price change on 11 September 2018 (1:13 PM AEST). Since its listing in June 2018, the stock has seen performance change of -0.45%.
