Introduction - Children and even families living and growing up in poverty and low-income households tend to experience many disadvantages. These disadvantages lead to negative health impacts staying hungry and other social consequences on childhood and even their adulthood.

There are multiple ways through which poverty affects the lives of people, especially orphaned, vulnerable and underprivileged children. Being exposed to the factors mentioned below along with the accumulation of exposure over time can adversely impact child development and health outcomes.

• Poor education and employment opportunities

Growing up when money is tight or absent can make a change in a lot of things such as clothing, food, education, etc. That is why our NGO for underprivileged child is working towards helping them with the best resources so that they can live the best of life along with many others in a similar situation.

The various effects of poverty are widely driven and diversified. We work with children who are very much prone to poverty and have a probability to join criminal groups to make money for themselves. We believe in the importance of the start children get in life gets to impact how they grow up and become self-worthy individuals. We work so every child gets access to a fair shot of happiness and our team of Amitofo Care Center won't rest until we create a society built for all such children.

Our Care Centers have been working towards bringing life-changing eco-systems to vulnerable children all across Africa through our Vulnerable children boarding school. Our working team focuses on the long-term strategy that tends to ensure that these children get access to the best tools so that they could develop skills that will be with them for the rest of their lives. We help them to become self-worthy so that they can provide for themselves and even for their family in the future. Our team of Amitofo Care Center does all it can to fill this gap by building an entire system for a good education and keep them away from hunger.
