February 24th, 2016; US: Adams Safety, one of the best First Aid, BLS and CPR training providers in the whole San Francisco Bay Area introduces a new infographic titled, “A Step-B-Step Guide to Dog CPR”. The wonderfully designed infographic reveals a proper way to provide CPR to a dog. Adams Safety Training provides their classes at the most reasonable rates without charging any additional or hidden costs such as equipment rental, onsite charges and material costs. They are well-renowned training providers in the whole San Francisco Bay Area including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Concord, Fremont, Hayward, Berkeley, Emeryville, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Dublin and surrounding communities.

The infographic by Adams Safety provides a step by step guide to perform a dog CPR. Some of the important things to remember as mentioned in the infographic regarding dog’s CPR are: perform 100-120 chest compressions per minute, perform a compression at mouth to snout ventilation ratio of 30 compressions followed by 2 breaths, Perform CPR in 2 minutes cycles while switching the compressor per cycle and administer vasopressores every 3-5 minutes during CPR.

The proper CPR procedure for dog in the event of an emergency situation, as stated in the infographic is: lay down the dog on a flat surface and extend the head little back to create an airway. Check the jaws for obstructions, if you find any, try to remove it. Cup your hands around the dog’s mouth with clear nostrils. Now, blow air into the nostrils at a rate of 20 breaths per minute. Keep your hands over the dog’s chest cavity to check for heartbeat. In case, you don’t feel a pulse, ask one person to keep on breathing into the nostrils while you uphold chest compressions. Continue the CPR in cycles of 100 to 120 chest compressions per minute while the dog is being transported to an emergency veterinarian clinic.
