Nick Rowley is a partner at Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley. He has also founded Trial Lawyers for Justice and recently has been on the cover page of Lawyers Monthly Magazine. The publication has featured a 4 pages interview with him and it was mainly focused on his successful track record of winning cases and asking sturdy questions during trial sessions. It has been seen that he owns a trait of handling emotional and gut snatching cases which has the power to drastically change the entire legal industry. In 2018, Rowley was named as “The 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year”.

Rowley is also famous to try any case anywhere against anyone if justice needs to be granted. He endeavours his passion of getting the right argument and winning the case like a cake walk. To the ones who know him personally, he has been constantly advancing his knowledge and brushing his basics so that he can deliver his best to his clients. This is what makes him different from other lawyers. Importantly what he said in the interview in 2019 was “Remember who you were before law school, the human beings you were raised to be before you had to read tens of thousands of pages of legal ‘mumbo jumbo’. The law is important, but it exists so there can be justice. It is our job to breathe life and humanity into the law so that there can be justice”. This is where he stands apart and roots to the basics.

Rowley was born and raised between Arizona and Lowa. When he turned 15, he moved out of his house and started working full time. At the tender age of 17, he joined United States Air Force where he took training and started serving as a combat medic. He still remembers details of those days as they were tough but because of military and G.I. Bill; he could complete his under graduation and then perused himself to attend law school.
As he turned 19, he got a bachelor’s degree in social psychology and during those times, trained himself and got a certification as a firefighter. He also volunteered as a firefighter which drastically turned him and taught the importance of staying alert. This is what he still uses during the court and is able to question and answer aptly. At the age of 20, he got into law school but still continued to serve in Armed Forces by taking various assignments for more three years. All in all he served the United States Armed Forces for 6 years.

When he is not working, he spends time with his family. Though travelling takes a major part of his life due to his career, when he is at home, he completely leaves work aside and focuses on family. He loves spending time with his children and admires their tender questions and participates in playing games with them.
Rowley has written a book Trial by Human where he has mentioned few details about his journey and still continues to learn and motivates other lawyers.
