Bandung, May 2024 — RSU Hermina Pasteur, in collaboration with USA (Urang Sunda Asli), conducted a Basic First Aid Training (P3K) on May 15, 2024, at Kalingga 4, Aston Pasteur Hotel, Bandung. The training was also attended by representatives from Aston Pasteur, Harper Purwakarta, and Neo Dipatiukur.

The training featured Dr. Ivena, an experienced general practitioner from RS Hermina Pasteur, who provided comprehensive and practical guidance on basic first-aid techniques. Dr. Ivena covered various essential topics, including initial accident response, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), wound management, and safe and effective emergency evacuation techniques.

"This training is crucial for enhancing the preparedness and emergency response capabilities of hotel staff in dealing with unexpected emergencies. With first aid knowledge and skills, they can provide valuable initial assistance before medical teams arrive," said Dr. Ivena.

During the training session, participants were also given the opportunity to engage in hands-on practice with simulations of various emergency scenarios that could occur in their respective hotel environments. This interactive approach is expected to strengthen participants' understanding and skills in applying first aid techniques accurately and swiftly.
