Saratoga Springs, NY - Andrew Knight is attending his first semester at Skidmore College this fall. He is majoring in finance and minoring in Italian and has his sights set on a job in finance in NYC upon graduation. He graduated from high school on the honor roll and has big dreams for his future.
He plays catcher for the Thoroughbreds in between his studies. He has played baseball since he was five years old and has several seasons under his belt on the varsity team at his high school. His favorite professional team is the Yankees.
Knight has done a lot of work for his local community in the past, volunteering for Fill in the Blank and the local youth baseball leagues in his hometown of New Canaan. He has helped to raise money, collect donations and teach kids how to play baseball in his free time. He enjoys giving back to his local area and wants to make a difference for other families.
When he is not working on his academic studies, he enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs. He enjoys skiing the slopes in the winter, swimming, playing golf, tennis, reading and more. He has many hobbies to fill the time and enjoys learning something new every chance he gets.
He has an interest in travel and has a long list of places he would like to visit. His father owns a business in the travel industry, which may be where the travel bug came from. He hopes to be able to travel with his father after his retirement in the next 10 years.
