With over 25 years of extensive experience in the senior living profession, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Throughout her distinguished career, Heather has held various leadership positions within the senior living industry, including serving as the Executive Director of several senior living communities. She has also made significant contributions as the first Regional Director of Operations for a private duty home healthcare operation, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Heather earned her degree in gerontology from the University of South Florida, laying a solid foundation for her career dedicated to serving the elderly community. She is a certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL), showcasing her commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism. Additionally, Heather has completed both the Florida ALF CORE training and the Florida Extended Congregate Care (ECC) training, further enhancing her qualifications and expertise in senior care.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heather is also a registered yoga teacher with over twenty years of experience.
